Since our inception we have been aware that a high level of R&D implies greater strength
products and processes, as well as a positive differentiation of the work we do. 

In addition, many of the activities are potentially generating social advances in the form of quality of life, improvement of the environment, health, etc.

3G HYDRO_RIG project 

The general concept behind the project is the performance test
of the aircraft’s surfaces.

The aim is to reduce the weight and volume of equipment, with the consequent fuel economy involving a reduction in
75% of CO2 emissions per kilometre of passengers and a 90% reduction in NOx emissions 

Effectiveness

During the first 18 months of the project, all technical work was completed as planned, achieving both design and manufacturing objectives.

Optimization

HYDRO_RIG 3G has developed an electrohydraulic platform capable of varying the pressure loss of the branches that go to the consumers. The equipment allows software control and improvement models to reduce flight losses and thus improve consumption.

Retail

The project allows to elaborate patterns based on real acquired and elaborated parameters that describe the operation of the system and allow to define maintenance intervals and reduce the workload of FTI engineers.

FSP20 Project

Research and development of new technologies in the area of aircraft ground testing systems in order to lay the groundwork for future testing systems over the horizon of 2020

The project addresses the development of novel technologies in a technological area of the future with international projection, while assuming an important advance in the aeronautical sector of the Community, guaranteeing the future of the Testing System developed in Andalusia.
